EmailJoin one of our owners, Tom, at Rhapsody Wine Bar for a rum-tasting adventure that’s equal parts fun, flavourful, and a little bit mischievous.
We kick things off with a daiquiri to start, an introduction to liquor tasting and then dive straight into a lineup of 6 excellent rums that each come with their own vibrant history and deeper meaning.
Together, you’ll swirl, sniff, and sip your way through smooth sippers and bold surprises, with Tom keeping the vibe light, lively, and full of laughs. By the end, you’ll walk away with new favourites, maybe a bit of knowledge and definitely a new found love and appreciation of all things Rum— See you at the Bar!
Light nibbles are provided, and all guests get 15% off at the bar for the rest of the evening.

Hi there! We are a brand new Wine Bar that specialises in the jewels of the Mediterranean, that is Greek Wine and Greek food. Our Primary goal is to bring the vines and wines of Greece to the forefront of peoples minds, hopefully breaking down some outdated impressions along the way. We offer in depth wine tastings delving into the history, mythology and diversity of the Greek Wine making tradition, paired with some of the finest cuisine that Greece has to offer abroad. We also will offer in depth spirit tastings, again exploring the history and heritage of some on the worlds finest liquors.
