Resilience Retreat for Stress and Anxiety

This is a mini-retreat to help you to handle stress, anxiety, and anger better!

Set in a warm, inviting space with underfloor heating this mini-retreat will help you to unwind and come out feeling calmer, more resilient and ready to take on the world.

You will learn breathing exercises, meditations, self-compassion tools, positive self-talk, and mindful listening. The retreat also includes a delicious lunch around the campfire along with hot drinks including hot chocolate from Harth Chocolate.

With years of experience in practising and teaching mindfulness techniques, this host's experiences will help you to relax and unwind, while giving you tools to combat stress and negative emotions. Bath Mindfulness courses are designed to empower you to feel more confident, self-aware, and resilient.
