This unique experience will help to balance and harmonise the body by using Tibetan singing bowls. The bowls create vibrations that are heard through beautiful sounds, felt within our bodies and energy fields. Known as sound massage, this form of sound therapy has many benefits such as stress and pain relief, improving sleep, stimulating the immune system and reducing depression – it is ideal as a complementary therapy.
Your host Aggy trained with the instructor from International School of Tibetan Bowls in Portugal so you know you’re in experienced hands. The repeated sound vibrations and chants of ‘Om’ she’ll produce can induce a deep meditative state of mind and help you feel relaxed. This sound massage session is ideal if you’re experiencing a stressful time, are struggling with pain or would like to take some time to clear your mind and relax.
What to expect:
The sound massage Aggy uses is particularly beneficial for people with high stress levels, muscular and joint pains and conditions such as fibromyalgia or arthritis.
Aggy is using original, handmade according to ancient tradition ACAMA® therapy singing bowls which do not contain metals such as lead and quicksilver achieving even better sound and vibration performance, at the same time preserving the environment.
*** Please avoid vibration therapy if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, have a heart pacemaker, coronary stent, cardiac shunt, artificial heart valves, implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), new metal inserts, implants, or staples. Some people may experience headaches as a result of feeling vibrations. ***
