What you'll do

Is your mind full? Does life feel a bit overwhelming? Are you in need of some R&R?

Wind down from your week with a mindful experience hosted by Aimee & Blaise.

Ease into this relaxing experience with some basic breathing techniques and a grounding meditation to unwind the mind. You will be guided through a series of gentle stretches to create space in the body, with the opportunity to pause and sink into deeper restorative yoga poses. These will be supported by a Japanese form of energy healing known as reiki. Bring your pillow and blanket to create a super snug set-up for yourself!

Throughout this experience, spoken word poetry written and performed by Blaise will offer moments of reflection, shifting your focus back to the present. Let the melodic rhymes and calming chimes ease you into rest and surrender to this moment. This is how all Fridays should be.

  • There are hand-washing facilities on site. You can remain in your own personal space and have the option for hands-on support

  • Bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket
  • Wear comfortable clothing and cosy layers
  • There is free street parking near the studio. Please arrive 5 minutes before to land into the space

Both these Reiki practitioners are on a mission to share with the world how you can heal your body through wellness experiences. Blaise

Blaise is a Structural Integration Practitioner, Reiki Master, Speaker, Writer, Men's Wellbeing Facilitator & Creativity Coach. He has the ability to direct human beings to come out of their head and back to their heart. The intention is always to create the bridge between who you are and who you "Aim2Be" whilst creating the spaces and opportunities to do so.

Aimee Smith

Aimee is a qualified yoga teacher. She wants to inspire others to feel comfortable in their own skin. From movement through to breath classes, to self-care and relaxation experiences - Aimee's warm and welcoming workshops provide something for everyone. She's a gentle guiding light for many starting out on their yoga journey, giving you all the encouragement and support you need.
