  • Discover how to be present, without getting swept up by life's distractions
  • Enjoy a wonderful opportunity for those starting out in their practice, to gain confidence, channel some calm and find a lovely way to unwind
  • Learn how to start a meditation practice
  • Get guided through several meditation techniques and a blissful relaxation session

Sometimes we just need to sit with ourselves and enjoy some silence – this is what this experience is all about. Be kind to yourself, increase compassion for others and savour the moment.
