Pinch and Sip: A Student Pottery Night

Pottery and pints may not be the first combination you think of for a weekday evening. But, once you've tried your hand at ceramics (with 10% off pints all night!) we're sure you'll consider it a winning pair.

Join Pottymouth for a pottery night at The Canteen, one of Bristol’s coolest independent venues. You’ll get to make your own ceramic shot ‘glasses’ using a simple pinching technique, with guidance from professional ceramicists. No experience is needed, just bring your student ID and enjoy 10% off pints all night!

What you’ll do:

  • Learn the basics of hand-building pottery and how to shape and decorate your clay.
  • Make a pair of unique ceramic shot ‘glasses’ that you can use for your next party.
  • Leave your creations with Pottymouth, who will fire and glaze them for you.
  • Collect your cups from The Canteen within 2-4 weeks and show them off to your friends.
  • Unleash your inner artist and have a blast with fellow students.
