Finding time to yourself can be really hard with a newborn but 'Bring your own Baby Yoga' has you covered, just bring babe along to enjoy your yoga practice too!

This is a great opportunity to meet other new parents, have some 'me' time and get moving!

  • Protect against and release discomfort from the repetitive movements of 'mum life'
