Giles is an author, speaker, coach and facilitator. Director of Tinderbox Ltd's consulting business and the founder of The Sleep Guru - Giles is certainly good at spinning many plates. His book 'Positive Sleep' describes his battle with insomnia and how he overcame this. Giles wants to spread the word on why sleep matters and what we can do to sleep better, on an individual and an organisational level. He wants to empower others to make better decisions, strike a better life balance and sleep more soundly at night.
