  • Your host will ensure that participants are well spaced out by limiting the number of attendees. In addition, they will take a Lateral Flow test in the morning before each session

On the day

  • Please arrive at 140 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2RS about 10 minutes before the 6:30PM start time
  • Free parking on residential streets is available at weekends at after 6pm on weekdays
  • We are near the top of Whiteladies Road and have easy bus links and are a 10-minute walk from Clifton Down Station

About The Sleep Guru

The Sleep Guru focuses on helping guests get a better night's sleep. After suffering from insomnia for more than a decade, founder Giles has now overcome those long restless nights. He is dedicated to sharing his tips for 'positive sleep' and has written a book of the same title. Giles hopes to change people's lives, in the same way better sleep has changed his. His role as a speaker, facilitator and coach only helps him to motivate people further.

Giles is an author, speaker, coach and facilitator. Director of Tinderbox Ltd's consulting business and the founder of The Sleep Guru - Giles is certainly good at spinning many plates. His book 'Positive Sleep' describes his battle with insomnia and how he overcame this. Giles wants to spread the word on why sleep matters and what we can do to sleep better, on an individual and an organisational level. He wants to empower others to make better decisions, strike a better life balance and sleep more soundly at night.
