Your fun-loving host Alison dares you to roll up your sleeves and unleash your imagination, guiding you through a series of activities to shake off the day and reignite your creativity. Stretch your imagination to new heights giving obstacle courses a go, have a good old giggle over games and connect with other cheerful guests in the studio. This is a chance to let go of judgement and feel free.
Whether you consider yourself a playful person or can’t remember the last time you played, this imaginative experience will help you discover there’s nothing quite like some uninterrupted playtime.

COVID-19 guidelines
- We ask all hosts and attendees to wear face coverings during the session and hand washing on arrival is strongly encouraged
- All equipment and materials will be cleaned and quarantined before use
On the day
- Wear clothing that you don't mind moving around in - gym gear isn't necessary but you'll want to be comfortable
- Please arrive at the venue just before the start time so that the group can be welcomed together
