Youâll start by watching a demonstration on how to make and use choux pastry and puff pastry, two of the most versatile and delicious types of pastry.
Then, youâll get to make your own puff pastry and shortcrust or sweet shortcrust pastry, with guidance and tips from the host. Youâll also choose whether you want to use your shortcrust or sweet shortcrust to make an apple pie, a savoury vegetable quiche or a Cornish pasty. Youâll take home your creations, along with the puff pastry youâve made, to share with your loved ones (or enjoy by yourself - no judgment here).
