You’ll be welcomed by Sky, a local artist and plant lover, who will invite you to her bright, spacious studio. You’ll get a glimpse of her work and learn about her artistic journey before spending a relaxing few hours painting away. Sky will also share with you her tips and tricks on how to mix gorgeous paint colours and create eye-catching designs.
What to expect:
- Paint your own clay plant pot with a choice of colours and patterns.
- Use quick-drying paint, so you can take your pot home right after the class.
- Have all the materials you need supplied, including brushes, paints and pastels.
- Enjoy a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

On the day
Please arrive 5 minutes early and wait outside the gates. Sky will come to get you and take you through to the studio once everyone has arrived. There are four flights of stairs and no lift.
You may prefer to wear old clothes or bring an over-shirt or apron to protect your clothes from paint.
Free on street parking outside and on all surrounding streets. Please allow extra time to find a parking spot. The nearest train station is Stapleton Road which is just a 5 minute walk away.

Sky is an artist herself so is full of experience and knowledge and will be happy to answer any questions. She is a very calm and open-minded person so you can rest assured she will make you feel at ease if you're at all unsure about anything during the experience.
