I’ve spent 30 years in the music industry as a drummer, performer and composer. I am drawn to how frequencies and sound massively change our moods, focus our attention and can directly improve our physical and emotional health. I am fascinated to be exploring what happens to our bodies on a molecular level when we are bathed in sound.
I combine my background as a drummer and producer with Tibetan singing bowls and ambient electronic sounds to help people find a space of deep relaxation and calm.
My passion is to hold space for others to feel safe, playful and alive. I believe we all have the capability of living our souls purpose to the fullest expression of who we are.
My own experiences led me on a journey to reclaim my own full self expression. They instilled a lifelong curiosity about human behaviour, the complexities we layer on ourselves and how to peel them back to operate from our innate inner wisdom.
