Happy Mum's Club

Whether your baby is 6 weeks, 6 years or 60+ years, join Yoga Body Birmingham on the first Saturday of every month for a wholesome and supportive space to relax and connect using yoga and breathwork for two hours.

A group of mothers, grandmothers, adoptive mothers, stepmothers all coming together to support each other, to talk, to listen, to move and find stillness. This is a beautiful safe space full of love, support and community!

What to expect:

  • Guided breathwork & yoga
  • Somatic movement
  • Positive affirmations and conversation
  • Refreshments

Babes in arms welcome and this class is suitable from 6 weeks after birth (assuming no complications and you feel ready to exercise) and 10 weeks after a c-section (assuming the scar is completely healed and you feel ready to exercise).

All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, or anything else that will make you feel completely comfortable!

Meet Sarah, the experienced yogi behind Yoga Body Birmingham. Sarah has a total of 12 years under her belt, practising and sharing her passion with others.

Each of Sarah's sessions is a space for you to unwind and shut off from the outside world. Sarah designs lessons for all levels, whether you're a complete beginner or you've been practising for years. She incorporates a mix of yoga methods into her teaching, so you will leave feeling stronger, more flexible and more in touch with your inner self.

Sarah Carroll (She/Her)

Sarah found yoga in 2014 and has been teaching since 2019. She loves sharing yoga with people and wants everyone to feel comfortable in the knowledge that their body is a yoga body and it is perfect exactly how it is.

Sarah strives to make her classes friendly and relaxed with encouraging instruction and lots of options to help you feel confident and comfortable in your body and the posture.
Yoga is not a one size fits all, we all have different abilities, needs and goals and these can change on a daily basis!
