Mindfulness & Meditation Weekly Classes

Want to learn how to increase your focus, manage stress and get a better night's sleep? Then this mindfulness and meditation course will help!

Over the 8 sessions, you will be guided through a series of practices, discussions, and exercises to help you learn how to live a more mindful life.

This course is led by your host Adam Dacey, who has years of experience in teaching and practising meditation. Under his guidance, you will learn practical methods for meditation and explore interesting questions about this wellbeing technique.

Each session will include guided practices, teaching, discussion, and questions. You can attend an individual class or book for the entire series!

  • Mindful Listening: 25/01/23 - an introduction to mindfulness and improving attention

  • Mindful Body: 01/02/23 - learning to live in the moment and increase flow

  • Mindful Breathing: 08/02/23 - discovering meditations to reduce stress and anxiety

  • Mindful Mind: 15/02/23 - developing emotional intelligence and stillness

  • Mindful Movement: 22/02/23 - establishing a flowing mindfulness practice

  • Mindful Eating: 01/03/23 - a tasty session, using mindful eating exercises

  • Mindful Sleep: 08/03/23: how to fall asleep peacefully and wake up with positivity

  • Mindful Heart: 15/03/23 - improving our relationships with mindfulness

A bit more about the course:

Adam Dacey is the founder of Mindspace and author of four books. He is a former Buddhist monk with over twenty-five years of full-time international experience, practising and teaching mindful meditation.

All classes are suitable for beginners and take place on chairs. There's no need to wear any special clothing!

As part of your course, you will have weekly access to online practices.

Mindspace has no religious affiliations, the sessions are suitable for everyone!

Adam Dacey has been practising meditation for twenty-seven years. A former Buddhist monk, he now teaches mindful meditation classes, courses, and retreat. He is the founder of Mindspace, Meditation in Schools, and more recently the Forest Hut.
