Cooking It is a busy cookery school in the heart of Cotham. It was founded by Monica, who loves being in the kitchen, feeding friends and family and seeing the pleasure that sharing food can bring. Growing up in Barcelona, Monica’s passion for cooking started early and she still loves making the tapas dishes that she learnt as a girl. At Cooking it they love making food and entertaining people, and with so many cooking experiences to choose from there’s something for everyone to enjoy. They welcome people of all ages and always aim to create a fun atmosphere to cook in, where you can enjoy food with friends or family and discover more about delicious recipes.
View more experiences by Cooking ItMonica is the founder of Cooking It. She was born in Barcelona but has called Bristol home for almost 30 years. Monica grew up around food and could regularly be found in the kitchen of her grandparents’ restaurant, soaking up all the flavours and recipes - so much so she still loves making the tapas recipes she learnt as a child. She returns to Barcelona often to carry on discovering new recipes in her family’s restaurants and patisseries. When Monica isn’t sharing her cooking know-how, you’ll find her enjoying wine with friends and feeding people - often her four daughters and their friends.
