Medicine Making with a Herbalist

These two one-off medicine-making workshops are the perfect way to learn about natural medicine and how to build a natural herbal toolkit to get yourself through the chillier months. These workshops include herbal tea tasting, recipe handouts, and a nourishing meal included.

19th October: Build a Herbal Toolkit

As the cooler winds start to blow, protect and nourish your skin.

Learn how to create your own herbal skin salve and explore some key skin support herbs such as marigold, oats and chamomile for a range of skin ailments safe for all the family.

Take home medicine and recipe notes, and feel equipped to support common skin complaints with herbs.

9th November: Create a Winter Tonic Glycerite

Spotlighting some common herbs and spices, learn how to craft a herbal glycerite with immune support herbs such as liquorice, ginger, turmeric.

Dive deeper into these incredible herbs to support your wellbeing. Feel ready to soothe any sore throat that comes your way this winter.

What to expect:

With an emphasis on safety, enjoy an expert-led Q&A session with a qualified Medical Herbalist who will cover herbal properties from the latest clinical research as well as explore the traditional use of these herbs.

As the evening draws to a close, we'll gather for a shared vegetarian meal—a chance to connect with fellow nature enthusiasts, exchange ideas, and reflect on the learnings of the day.

These two unique practical workshops are a chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and rekindle a relationship with the natural world. Embrace this time of year when nature generously gives us its gifts, and carry a piece of this abundant season with you.

Approach this winter with practical tools for self-sufficiency, educating and empowering yourself with herbal medicine knowledge.

A wonderful gift for yourself or a loved one!
