This is one truly colourful and creative experience for your child. They'll be exploring Matisse's art, before designing and screen printing their own Matisse-inspired t-shirt or tote bag. It will be a real beauty!
Your child will be joining designer and screen printer Steph in her studio on Bristol's Harbourside.
What's screen printing?
Screen printing is a creative process where you transfer a stencilled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. It's a super fun one to learn - your host, a screen printer and primary school teacher is excited to share this skill with others.
What to expect:
Your child will finish the day with either a tote bag or t-shirt that they can use or wear. They can proudly say they have designed and printed it themselves!
