Looking for a wholesome way to start off your weekend, nourish your body and soul? This relaxing workshop uses aromatherapy, massage, singing bowls, and guided meditation to put you into a deep state of relaxation.
Choose between a short facial massage or reflexology treatment while you lie down with a group and follow a guided chakra balancing meditation.
Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet to ease stress and help your body work better. Facial massage helps promote healthy skin while relaxing your facial muscles. It has a relaxing and rejuvenating effect, helping you look and feel better.
Singing bowls will be placed on your body. The vibrations of the bowls are felt within our bodies and energy fields and guide the brain into meditative alpha and theta brain waves of deep relaxation and a healing state.
