EmailYou (and maybe a friend) deserve a good old pamper day! Come and make a rejuvenating hair treatment, clay face mask and fragranced beauty oil with Jayne, a natural beauty expert. She'll teach you how to select the best natural oils and ingredients to get your hair and skin feeling their best.
You'll be taking home a pair of lovely detoxing masks and a natural beauty oil, all for your hair and your skin, so you can have a relaxing mini spa day at home. Customised with natural ingredients chosen by you and fragranced with her essential oil blends.
Whether you're planning to use your customised masks ahead of a big event, or just whenever you feel like it, you'll be leaving with the knowledge of how to make them time and time again. Whenever silky smooth hair and lovely soft skin is called for!
This treatment-making workshop is hosted by Jayne in her dedicated hair care kitchen at Hairy Jayne HQ in Totterdown.
What to expect:
- A treatment making session with Jayne, a natural beauty expert.
- Learn to select natural oils and ingredients for optimal hair and skin health.
- Create custom detoxing masks for hair and skin.
- Take home two customised masks and an oil with essential oil fragrances.
Please note: this experience requires a minimum of 3 bookings to run. If this number isn't reached, the host will be in touch to discuss rescheduling. This workshop may not be suitable for anyone who is pregnant, as the use of essential oils can disrupt hormones. If unsure, consult your doctor before booking.

On the day
- The workshop will open 15 minutes before the start time, so feel free to arrive a bit earlier and get settled in
- There's free on-street parking on the surrounding roads, as well as a Tesco Express car park opposite
- The venue is a 10-15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads
- Aprons are available if necessary, but best to avoid wearing anything that could be damaged by accidental spillages

Jayne Rutland (She/Her)
Jayne is a former graphic-designer-turned-hairdresser who now mixes her hair care potions at her studio space in Totterdown. Her Hairy Jayne handmade hair care is nature inspired with a zero waste focus. She has a curiosity for making things, loves a craft project and has a soft spot for anything that's fragranced with natural essential oils.
