A closed forest terrarium is like a forest in a jar with Jurassic ferns, wooden or stone structures, and plenty of moss. These little worlds are designed to be self-sufficient and make their own atmospheres!
Your host for this experience is Head Sprout Jessy, who will be guiding you through the process and supplying you with fresh hot drinks and cake to get you on your way.
In this experience, you will:
This experience is perfect for the plant lover or anyone looking to learn new things! You'll leave with a charming little forest world that you can take home and cherish!
Your host will provide plenty of tea, coffee and sweet treats from 404 Bakes to help you on your crafting adventure.
These workshops are also BYOB, so you are welcome to bring your own tipple! Or, visit friends of the host at The Green Man pub up the road, who will be happy to give you a takeaway pint!

Lovely experience! And great value!
Excellently hosted session, with guidance to get started and if we needed support, but also freedom to create independently. Plenty of materials to choose from and use, and I was very happy with the terranium I went home with!
Jessy comes from a creative background, with a 10 year graphic design career behind her. She has been surrounded by plants her entire life, from her grandparents luscious back gardens to digging up spuds with her Nana and even the many house plants in her childhood home whilst growing up in 90s in Liverpool. When not in the shop, she can often be found sampling Bristols wide range of exciting restaurants, working in her potager garden with her trusty spud digger Zelda or planning the next exciting adventure!
