Make Your Own Floral Self-Care Kit

In this 2 hour workshop, hosted by Elsie of Divina Botanica, you will make a herbal tea blend and floral face mask to enhance your wellbeing and make you feel good!

A workshop for the crafty ones amongst us, you will get stuck straight into learning all about herbal health and the properties of plants. Participants will be shown how to make their own herbal tea blend and face mask from organic, natural ingredients.

Engage your senses, wrap yourself in self-love, and create a gorgeous self-care kit for you to use at home.

All participants will also receive a packet of Calendula or Chamomile seeds to take home so that they can grow their own herbs to use in the future. Participants are encouraged to "flower it forward!" and share seeds at harvest time to give to friends and family.

This event is part of the Every Body's Story 10-part series running from March to July in Bristol. Each event explores ways we can better connect to, appreciate, and celebrate our beautiful bodies.

About Divina Botanica:

Divina Botanica is a floristry and self-care brand that explores all the different ways that we can connect with flowers. Founder Elsie combines her knowledge of floristry, herbalism and trauma-informed mental health to show how flowers can help you on your journey towards healing.

Divina Botanica's workshops champion floristry as a mindful practice. They encourage guests to find their flow, fulfilment and connection with the natural materials they work with. Creating an inspiring space, where each flower speaks directly to guests. Divina Botanica aims to provide you with an introduction to the enriching practice of connecting with nature and the pleasure it brings.

This workshop is part of the Every Body’s Story 10-part event series. These events are run by and open to those who identify as women or non-binary. Every Body's Story

Every Body's Story is a body casting studio in Bristol. You may have seen this impressive spot featured on BBC One...

As part of their project celebrating the beauty and diversity of every body, each summer a series of golden body casts are exhibited alongside the stories of the women behind them. Founder Ellen is delighted to be welcoming guests to the studio again and helping more people celebrate their bodies by immortalising them in gold.

Ellen is a body casting artist. This creative's work celebrates the uniqueness behind every body and the power of storytelling.

Ellen's first body cast experience was back in 2015. After finding this transformative, she learned how to body cast. Since then, Ellen's been casting around the world. For her it's an honour to share this art and its beautiful, therapeutic process with others.
