You'll use professional polycarbonate moulds to create your own shells and fill them with a rich and creamy chocolate ganache. You will also learn how to pipe, flavour and store your truffles for optimal freshness and taste.

This workshop is suitable for beginners to intermediate chocolate enthusiasts who want to learn new skills and have some fun. You'll leave with a box of your own handmade truffles to share with your loved one or enjoy by yourself - no judgement here!

This experience is for anyone from beginner to intermediate. Feel free to bring along your own tin or tupperware, but presentation boxes will be available. The recipe you'll make is gluten free, but please contact Little Kitchen before your experience regarding any diets.
