What you'll do

Discover how to prepare a perfect "pasta all'uovo" (egg pasta) and its filling from Emilia Romagna, to create your own tasty tortelli in this experience for two.

You’ll learn about the regional origins of different types of pasta and how to adapt your own Italian recipes using local ingredients. At the end of the experience, you’ll cook up your pasta and sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve made together. In this experience you’ll not only learn how to cook an Italian dish but also to discover the origins of this type of recipe and how it has transformed over time. You’ll leave with a full belly and the culinary and cultural knowledge to create your own Italian pasta dishes at home.

This experience is for two people, and is perfect for friends or couples curious try their hand at making authentic Italian pasta.

It was created in 2018 by Elisa, Mari and Piero, three Italian food-lovers. The food they make is sustainable and inspired by the breadth of Italy, from Sicily to Piemonte. They focus on making sustainable cuisine, often finding alternative local ingredients whilst staying true to traditional Italian recipes they love.
