Learn how to make a pair of studs to either keep for yourself or give as a gift.
What to expect:
- Design your stud earrings
- Use jeweller's equipment to cut and shape your stud
- Learn how to solder
- Polish and finish your final piece
Studs are made in sterling silver, if you would like gold we can direct you to gold plating services. Working in solid gold is much more expensive but get in touch if this is your vibe!
As with all of Silver & Steel's experiences, if you can't see a date that works for you then please get in touch with the host and they will do their best to accommodate.

Bethany is the silversmith behind both Silver & Steel and her personal jewellery brand Bethany May Silver. Down to earth and welcoming Bethany loves sharing her passion for jewellery making with makers of all levels. Having learnt from Alice Goldsack, herself a student of the prominent Diana Porter, Bethany cares deeply about the silversmithing culture and community in Bristol. After years of creating her own work, Bethany developed engaging workshops for beginner jewellers and has taught people of all ages and abilities. Bethany is an experienced creative workshop teacher, educator and trainer who will ensure the experience is fun, memorable and participants leave feeling empowered.
