Calling all lovers of boho handmade accessories! This macramé earring-making workshop is the one for you.
Macramé is a creative and relaxing craft and is a great way of relieving stress. In this 2.5-hour workshop, you will spend time in the beautiful Fancy Plants workshop, where your host will teach you how to knot your own pair of wooden and macramé earrings. Your host is artist and macramé maker Aggy from Knots and Stalks.
Aggy will provide advice on choosing a design and then you'll get to choose from a selection of colourful recycled cotton cords so your earrings will suit your tastes perfectly. Once you're set with your colours, you'll be guided through the knot-making process as you get hands-on with your materials.
At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a feeling of satisfaction as you put your newly made earrings on your ears! Aggy will also have some DIY earring kits up for sale if you'd like to continue making other earrings at home.

I had such a lovely time at this workshop, the host is a great teacher and I really enjoyed the experience. Would recommend!
Aggy is a creative spirit with a passion for various pursuits from filmmaking through craft to holistic therapies. She embarked on macramé journey at the start of the pandemic. Caring for her house plants and knotting macramé were her self-help tools during lockdowns and she discovered the benefits of art therapy. Having realised she has a real knack for this craft she also turned it into a successful Etsy business. Later she embarked on a 2-year-long therapy journey discovering different methods of holistic work. The sound therapy really resonated with her *pun not intended* and she trained as a sound therapist.
