Shake off fatigue, energise those muscles and beat the afternoon slump. JumpStart's lunchtime bootcamp is the way to go!

Get fit in your lunch break in these small and friendly outdoor sessions. From Boxercise, to HIIT, strength work and cardio - each week a different workout will be in the spotlight.

Your host wants to make bootcamps accessible to all bodies and abilities. You'll be shown adaptations for each move. This invigorating bootcamp will end with a pilates cool-down to send you off feeling amazing inside and out.

Move your way into great shape and meet like-minded people along the way. This is a cracking chance to boost your physical and mental wellbeing.

On the day

  • Arrive a couple of minutes before. Find your host to the left of the path as you enter the park from the Hilton Garden Hotel side
  • Wear something you can layer up or down (you will workout whatever the weather!)
  • Bring water
  • There is a council car park next to the park, but it gets full
