Fantastic tour of the city with great local knowledge and attention to detail

Kevin was an excellent guide. Using a microphone meant that all the group could hear the stories of real Birmingham folk, and the facts about the architecture - even when we were stood by one of the main roads - location of the last public hanging in Birmingham. Learned a lot about the history of the city and saw the beauty in buildings I've never noticed before. We're certainly looking to join another of Kevin's tours in the future.

Entertaining and informative, always learning something new

We thoroughly enjoyed our walk around Birmingham and Kevin the tour leader explained things in a clear and concise way. He kept our attention at all times, and didn’t waffle on as some tour guides do. His use of props was particularly good and his local knowledge is second to none. We saw parts of Birmingham we had never seen before and look forward to joining another tour very soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Kevin. The walk was informative, interesting and fun and our host had a sound knowledge of Birmingham and its history. His research into the facts was exemplary and we learned a lot of new information about our home city.

A very interesting and fun tour of Birmingham City Centre. A great way to spend a Saturday morning. Our host had many anecdotal tales to tell us along the easy going 2 mile circular walk through the streets of Birmingham, with frequent stops to look at sites of interest.

Brilliant walking tour, showing areas of Birmingham I was not aware of. Kevin was a brilliant guide, friendly and a fountain of knowledge. Would definitely recommend.

A fascinating afternoon with our guide Kevin who took us around the Colmore estate and the surrounding area. We learned about the suffragette movement in Birmingham, the Victorian hospitals and the last public hanging in the city. A very enjoyable experience and would recommend.
