The Art of Wintering is a gentle yoga workshop inviting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself during the quieter seasons of life. Inspired by nature’s cycles of rest and renewal, this practice supports deep nourishment, emotional processing, and resilience.
Through mindful movement, breath, stillness, and reflection, you’ll be guided to release the pressure to “keep going” and instead honour rest as a powerful and necessary practice. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and supported — not just surviving winter, but emerging renewed and ready for growth.
Open to all levels of experience, and beginners are welcome. Join me for a morning of inspiring, authentic Indian yoga and a great opportunity to relax and socialise informally with like-minded people. Chai, chat, and cake are included!
