Whitelake Park in Pylle is used as part of the world-renowned Glastonbury Festival. The site's decor lends itself to the vibrant aesthetic of the annual festival adorned with breathtaking installations, sculptures, mutated vehicles and street art.
You'll be part of a group of 10 other budding Graffiti artists. Over the 4 weeks, you will work both independently and collectively as a group on multiple cohesive projects. You'll get hands-on with a spray can straight away - learning free hand and stencilling spray methods. You'll learn about the history and legalities of the art form. You'll design and paint your own tag, throwup, piece and character.
On the final day of the course, you will use your newfound knowledge and skills to work as a group to paint an enormous mural on a wall of shipping containers.
You will each take home a goody bag, including graffiti merch, all the work you've created on the course as well as a bunch of graffiti materials so you can continue your practice at home.
