Yoga was never meant to be just a stretch on a mat.
In its authentic roots, yoga is a way of living — a practice that brings the body, mind, breath, and spirit back into harmony.
This retreat morning is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the deeper wisdom of yoga.
Together we will explore traditional asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, and meditation, while also learning about the wider philosophy and purpose of the practice.
Afterwards, we will share time for a light lunch, chai, cake, and gentle conversation.
Whether you are new to yoga or have practised for many years, you are warmly welcome.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more grounded, spacious, and connected.
If your heart is longing for a slower, more authentic experience of yoga, you are warmly invited.
