Explore yoga in its fullest expression—through traditional asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), mudra (gestures), mantra (sound), and meditation. This retreat is designed to nourish not only your body, but also your mind and spirit. You’ll gain tools to support a more balanced, joyful, and healthy life.
After our morning practice, we will have a chance to reflect and chat over chai, cake, and calming reflection.

Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. Bring a yoga mat (if you have one). A blanket or shawl is recommended for relaxation.
