Join Now Studio's sound therapists for a 60 minute journey with enchanting use of sound bowls, gongs and vocals. As you lie down, all snuggled in a blanket and cosy around cushions, you will enter a deep meditative state.
Your body will receive the sound effortlessly, you simply need to lie and allow the magic to unfold. Expect to feel revived, delighted and embodied afterwards. You'll feel so wonderful you'll be tingling from head to toe.
