Children’s Air-Dry Clay Robot Workshop at Chance & Counters
Get ready for a creative, hands-on children’s clay workshop at Chance & Counters Games Café! In this fun and imaginative session, children aged 7 years and over will design and sculpt their very own clay robot using air-dry clay.
Young makers will learn the basics of hand-building clay, including how to create a sculpted figure and use the slip and score method to attach body parts, add mechanical textures and any wild extras they can dream up. This workshop is perfect for kids who love art, crafts, and getting a little messy while learning real ceramic techniques.
Each child will take home a set of paints so they can decorate their monster once it has fully dried (after 72 hours). No prior experience is needed - just imagination and a willingness to have fun!
Parents and guardians must accompany children at all times, and the bar and café will be open as usual, so adults can enjoy refreshments while the robot come to life.
