Raise your heart rate, release endorphins and boost your mood in this fun workout with bounce boots. Working up a sweat and having fun is an unbeatable match - this workout knows it.

JumpFit’s 45-minute HIIT class on bouncy rebound boots is just the ticket. This 45-minute stop-start HITT workout is suitable for all ages, shapes & sizes. Fat burning is maximised whilst your boots act as a resistance tool - strengthening your leg muscles and engaging the core. Every muscle in the body is engaged when rebounding. Injuries are prevented as the boots reduce any shocks to the ankles, shins, knees, hips and spine. Everything works in perfect harmony!

Here’s what fun awaits:

  • You’ll pop your boots on and begin with a gentle warm up. Rebound boots are very safe and much easier to use than they look! You'll quickly get used to them and begin happily bouncing along to the music
  • You will take quick breaks between each song. Routines are simple to follow, there’s no long complicated choreography - fun is your number one priority after all!
  • Raise your heart rate and energise your body
  • You’ll finish with a cool down, taking your boots off and stretching

Please note: Boots are available in sizes 3-11. There are up to 15 people in a class - come and make some friends as you jump around!

COVID-19 guidelines

  • Your hosts will adhere to the government guidelines of the time. They clean the equipment and sanitise the shared spaces between sessions

On the day

  • Your hosts need to know your shoe size in advance (they will email to ask for this)
  • Your hosts are located right at the end of Barton Manor, look for the Jumpfit logo
  • Plenty of on-road parking - you can use the car park opposite
  • Bring water and long socks
  • Wear comfortable workout clothing (recommend sports bras for comfort)

This is one studio that keeps fitness and fun under one roof. There’s so much more to JumpFit than bouncing - there’s D’n’B boxing, hula hooping, rebounding, weighted routines and more.

JumpFit was born in Bristol in 2015. Founder Abbey wanted to give everyone access to fitness classes which put the fun back into exercising. Abbey is passionate about creating feel-good workouts which never feel like a chore. She's on a mission to help motivate people to move their bodies in fun and accessible ways. Workshops are suitable for all ages, shapes and abilities - inclusivity is what JumpFit is about.

Each JumpFit instructor started off as a member before they enrolled in teaching training and went on to become qualified instructors themselves. JumpFit is proud to keep it in the family like this - you never know, you might be next!

Jules Mochan

Jules started out as a JumpFit member and fell in love with it so much she decided to train up as a fitness instructor so she could teach. Jules has been teaching for three years now and is still completely in love with JumpFit!
