At the end of the session, we’ll sit down together to enjoy an Indonesian feast.
What you’ll make:
Nasi Goreng: The iconic sweet and savoury fried rice with ‘Telur Ceplok’. Sate Lilit: Minced chicken skewers infused with fresh lemongrass. Bakwan Sayur: Jagged, ultra-crispy vegetable fritters. Gado-Gado: A crunchy seasonal salad with an authentic, handmade peanut dressing.
