What's an Indian head massage?
Indian head massage is a Hindu massage technique, rooted in ancient Ayurvedic Indian health care. This has been practised for over 4,000 years to improve people's health and boost their wellbeing. This gentle form of massage can be perfomed in a seated position fully clothed, or for a full relaxation experience, lying on a massage couch with bare back and shoulders. Choose whichever makes you feel most comfortable.
How does it work?
Indian head massage works specifically on the area surrounding the head, scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back. This relaxing holistic treatment focuses on the mind, body and spirit. An acupressure massage is given to the head, face, neck and shoulders to rebalance your body's energies.
