Ready to join a sound healer for a dreamy experience at Karma Centre?
Karma Centre welcomes a new member to the team: Chris Richardson is a Birmingham-based sound bath and sound healing practitioner.
For the past 15 years, Chris has studied, developed, and honed his varied practices in the fields of composition and holistic aural healing techniques, as a way of channeling mindfulness and inner peace. Recently, he's worked with Sense Arts as a sound bath and music workshop practitioner.
This host looks forward to inviting guests of all ages and abilities along to his weekly sessions at the Karma Centre, Fridays, at 6pm. A short meditation will precede 50 minutes of dynamic and healing sound, in which to immerse oneself, with a gentle wind down to finish. Sink into a meditative state, melt away the stresses of the day and drift away feeling lighter.
