A fun and very informative guided tour whether Summer or Winter and for all ages where you'll discover the city's hidden past, visit haunted spots around the Old City and hear some eerily unforgettable stories!

There will be plenty of hidden secrets revealed about many of Bristol's iconic buildings as you walk around the oldest part of the city.

What to expect:

  • Visit the 17th century pub with a poltergeist

  • Hear about the UK's most haunted cinema

  • Discover a 16th Century Church featured on Tv’s Dr Who and guarded by a ghostly Monk.

During the tour, you'll also visit many Bristol TV locations including Skins, Sherlock, Dr Who & Being Human. You’ll also hear plenty of Bristol fun history trivia throughout the tour.

*This award-winning tour is now in its 22nd and has featured on TV's 'Most Haunted', "The Source" and "Made in Bristol and β€œPoints West”.

Please note there will be some walking down steps during the walk. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the host if you have any questions or concerns regarding mobility issues.

The tour begins outside Bristol Cathedral's main doors, facing College Green, and finishes in King Street, near the Old Vic Theatre.

On the day

Walk starts from outside Bristol Cathedral main doors facing College Green, BS1 5TJ. The closest bus stops to your meeting point are College Green and Anchor Road. Flat, comfortable footwear is advisable as walk will feature some walking down steps.
