Be among the first to experience Haptic Yoga, a completely new kind of wellbeing experience combining movement, music and cutting-edge haptic technology.
Inside the beautiful, atmospheric Crypt at St Nicholas Church, Beat Blocks and movement experts Moments of Flow will bring together cutting-edge haptic floor technology, yoga and somatic movement to transform the way you experience sound.
Beat Blocks’ Haptic Yoga decks turn sound into physical vibrations that travel through the floor and into your body. As the music changes, so do the sensations beneath you. You won’t simply hear the music. You’ll move with it, feel it throughout your body and discover an entirely new connection between sound, movement and sensation.
Launching exclusively at Brazen Festival, Haptic Yoga is a 45-minute immersive experience of yoga, movement and somatic practice, choreographed to work in harmony with haptic technology. With just 14 places available per session, this is an intimate opportunity to be among the very first people to step onto the floor and experience it for yourself.
Whether you’re a regular on the mat or completely new to yoga, no previous experience is needed. Come with an open mind, surrender to the sound and discover what happens when you can truly feel the music.
