EmailFancy one and a half hours of non-stop chocolate making, in the charming Victorian seaside town of Clevedon? This experience is one that will really get those taste buds going!
Learn the art of tempering and make your very own professional handmade chocolates with an award-winning chocolatier. Take home all the heavenly delights you whip up on the day.
So what exactly can you expect? Start licking those lips over this:
- Welcome chocolate nibbles and a luxury hot chocolate
- Making a cylindrical shaped box handcrafted out of chocolate with a coloured cocoa butter chocolate lid
- Making twelve seasonal decorated knackali (chocolate florentines) or truffles
- Packaging and taking home everything you make
You can even extend this workshop for another fun-filled hour if you fancy. Please reach out through the messenger to discuss any date and time. Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory has nothing on this!

On the day
- Please do not arrive at your venue early
- Please wear sleeves that can be rolled up and hair tied back, if it's long
- Bring an apron (not essential) and a box to take your goodies home in

- Clevedon is twenty five minutes from Bristol city centre or two minutes from Jnc 19 M5. Parking is free in Clevedon

Chef and chocolatier Lisa Clarke runs The Chocolate Tart. It’s when Lisa was cooking dinner for HM Queen Elizabeth back in 2007 the idea of starting a chocolate school was born. Ask Lisa to tell you the full story! Lisa's two passions inspired her to create experiences where guests can make incredible memories and share their love for chocolate. Whether they decide to keep their creations for themselves or gift them to family and friends.
