During this pottery workshop you will learn how to produce your own unique, organic slab-built bowl with a beautiful hand-scored sgraffito pattern. You will be working with high-quality stoneware clay to produce a functional homeware bowl with your own stunning design.
What to expect:
Group sizes are always small and you will receive as much one-to-one guidance as necessary throughout the sessions. This is a perfect opportunity to explore your creative side in a relaxing, comfortable and calm environment.
Your pieces will be ready to collect 4-6 weeks after the workshop, giving enough time to dry the clay before it is fired, glazed and finished.
Age restrictions: 16+
I ask that anyone attending my classes adheres to the current government guidelines on covid-19 . If you are unwell, have any symptoms of coronavirus or have come into contact with someone who has developed symptoms please stay home and notify me via email.
Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting messy! The workshop will take place in the converted studio basement of the gift stop Molii Studio, the stairs on the way down are quite steep so mind your step!
