Half-day Mindfulness Retreat for Stress & Anxiety

This relaxing mini-retreat will leave you feeling calm, and more at ease. With a focus on stress and anxiety-relieving exercises, you will come away equipped with techniques to help you handle any difficult days.

Set in a warm, inviting space with underfloor heating you will learn: breathing exercises, meditations, self-compassion tools, positive self-talk, and mindful listening.

  • A sense of calm and release
  • A delicious lunch enjoyed around the campfire along with hot drinks including hot chocolate from Harth Chocolate.

This retreat is designed to boost resilience and help you gain a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence. You'll learn tools to help you feel better equipped to handle stress, anxiety, and anger.

Bath Mindfulness is run by Nicola, a mindfulness-based resilience coach and author of 'Resilient Teen'.

With years of experience in practising and teaching mindfulness techniques, this host's experiences will help you to relax and unwind, while giving you tools to manage stress and anxiety better. Bath Mindfulness courses are designed to empower you to feel more confident, self-aware, and resilient.
