What to expect:
This mood-boosting experience is all about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and friends. Your knowledgeable host Paula will gently guide your group towards total calm. Your experience will incorporate a guided meditation and relaxation session that will let you slip into your day with a blissful sense of wellbeing.
A heavenly chance to get together with friends, celebrate the present and look after each other’s mental health. To complete this lovely, wellbeing experience there will be a half hour wholesome catch-up over coffee/tea and cake. With relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces, this studio provides tranquil surroundings come rain or shine.
Please note that the minimum number required to book this experience is a group of 4 people, with a maximum group of 6.

Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
