Man About Country

I'm James, AKA Man About Country - a wild walker, keen storyteller and long-time lover of the great outdoors. I've been leading walks, telling stories and promoting nature connection for over 5 years.

Through my Man About Country blog, my aim is to get people out into the Great British Outdoors and the beauty just beyond the doorstep. Time in nature makes us healthier, happier, and maybe even saves a few quid from the holiday fund when we remember we already live in a world-class holiday destination and don't need to go abroad to relax! Walking doesn't have to be boring and the countryside doesn't have to be off-limits to city dwellers.

Join me on a walk and rediscover the real country behind the flag!
