2 hrs
(14)

Brush up on your graffiti knowledge with Graft. This collective of mural artists and professional teachers know the street art scene like the back of their hands.

In this experience you'll take a deep dive into graffiti, covering:

  • An introduction to graffiti - from its origins in the USA to the Bristol scene, before exploring various artists and their styles
  • How to design a graffiti 'tag'/name/logo
  • How to create a graffiti name board using paint markers
  • An introduction to stencil spraying
  • How to create an A4 stencil canvas

Once you're finished, you will take your canvas and name board home with you to keep.

Workshops will take place at the Island on Nelson Street, a former police station where you can learn graffiti in the cells - some opportunities are just too good to pass!

This experience is available to book as a group - so whether you need ideas for the next work social, stag group, family birthday or get together with friends - Graft looks forward to you joining them.
