What to Expect:

Guided Tasting - Begin with a tutored tasting session to explore flavour profiles, botanicals, and what makes a well-balanced gin.

Recipe Development - Work with the distillers to design your own unique recipe, selecting the botanicals that match your taste.

Distilling Experience - Use traditional copper pot stills to distil your very own full-sized bottle of gin, with plenty of opportunities to sip on a refreshing G&T along the way.

Finishing Touches - Learn how to dilute, test, and bottle your gin to the perfect strength before taking it home to share (or keep all to yourself!).
