Getting Crafty with Tarot On The Aries New Moon

A space to join in community and set intentions of the New Moon with Tarot cards, embodied movement, journaling, collaging & other creative mediums to reflect upon your intention setting.

We are joined by artist & facilitator Rosa Brown, and tarot reader & movement teacher Esmée Asia Turlej to co-create a beautiful evening of flowing abundance!

Aries New Moon: 18th April 2026 Witching hours: 6.30-8.30 (doors open at 6.15) Where: The Greenhouse, a fully accessible space in Bedminster (Hereford Road, BS3 4NS)

The evening will go as follows:

6.30-6.45: Welcoming circle, sharing our intentions

6.45-7.15: Embodied movement & intuitive drawing with Es

7.15-7.30: Settling into the cards, guidance on working with them

7.30-8.15: Creative reflection, journalling, collage, drawing with Rosa

8:15-8.30: Sharing circle to close

About our facilitators:

Rosa facilitates creative workshops that guide participants in using creativity as a tool for self-discovery and healing, to aid emotional regulation and wellbeing. Holding a safe space for beginners to experiment, play and explore creative outlets through a variety of mediums. 

Esmée is an tarot reader, movement teacher and creative wellbeing producer. They curate experiences for people to reconnect to inner parts of themselves, and hold a supportive space for people to work through blockages in their journey to their most loved life.

Esmée will combine their different practices of tarot, movement & art in New Moon sessions to build a loving community of creative witches in the city.

Accessibility statement

This event is completely open to all beings and bodies. The movement is an invitation for as much or as little as you are able to do, you are in control of your own pace; and feel free to let us know in advance for any physical disability, recent surgeries or injury and we can craft the Yoga Asana session to suit you.

Venue Accessibility

It features a large floor space, sound system, sensory lighting, seating area and accessible toilets. Step-free access is available at the entrance, featuring sliding doors. The building offers step-free access throughout.

Esmée is a Queer Non-Binary artist, dancer & workshop facilitator. With a strong background in Ballroom, Latin & Street dance; Esmée developed their own free, expressive movement practice while studying Fine Art at @uwebristol 🌿

They are so excited to hold you in your own movement exploration, guiding you with prompts and co-creating a journey with you to embody and release your Winter being, and call forward your Spring 🌱🌼

Rosa (She/Her)

Rosa is an intuitive artist, events organiser and creative workshop facilitator. Rosa’s creative practice is deeply influenced by dreams, ritual, nature and spirituality. Through her art, she aims to inspire connection - between individuals, their inner worlds, and the collective consciousness.

Rosa facilitates creative workshops that guide participants in using creativity as a tool for self-discovery and healing, to aid emotional regulation and wellbeing. Holding a safe space for beginners to experiment, play and explore creative outlets through a variety of mediums. 

With a deep interest in learning about holistic wellbeing and cyclical living, Rosa is passionate about sharing this with others and offering ways for people to find expressive ways to explore feelings, cycles, and subconscious messages that are not always easy to put into words
