This pasta masterclass will give you the opportunity to learn about the different pasta shapes and where do they come from. It is estimated that there are approximately 350 different types of pasta – and about four times that many names for them! In this masterclass you'll learn how to make some of the most iconic pasta shapes
During the course of the class you’ll learn:
- How to use regular pasta dough to make lasagna sheets, tagliatelle, orecchiette and a couple more
- Prepare to take home the pasta that you have made to share with your family and friends.
Make sure you bring containers with you to take your creations home.

Monica
Monica is the founder of Cooking It. She was born in Barcelona but has called Bristol home for almost 30 years. Monica grew up around food and could regularly be found in the kitchen of her grandparents’ restaurant, soaking up all the flavours and recipes - so much so she still loves making the tapas recipes she learnt as a child. She returns to Barcelona often to carry on discovering new recipes in her family’s restaurants and patisseries. When Monica isn’t sharing her cooking know-how, you’ll find her enjoying wine with friends and feeding people - often her four daughters and their friends.
