This pasta masterclass will give you the opportunity to learn to use beautiful seasonal ingredients to make a few well-known kinds of pasta and accompanying sauces.
It is estimated that there are approximately 350 different types of pasta – and about four times that many names for them! In this masterclass you'll learn how to make some of the most iconic pastas and sauces to compliment.
During the course of the class you’ll learn:
Make sure you bring containers with you to take your creations home.
Attendees will all make their own pasta but the sauces will be made in pairs. If there isn't time for dining you can take all the food prepared home.

Monica is the founder of Cooking It. She was born in Barcelona but has called Bristol home for almost 30 years. Monica grew up around food and could regularly be found in the kitchen of her grandparents’ restaurant, soaking up all the flavours and recipes - so much so she still loves making the tapas recipes she learnt as a child. She returns to Barcelona often to carry on discovering new recipes in her family’s restaurants and patisseries. When Monica isn’t sharing her cooking know-how, you’ll find her enjoying wine with friends and feeding people - often her four daughters and their friends.
