What you'll do

Expect to taste, smell and touch these wild herbs, learn their forms and qualities and how to find them again. You will learn more about common plants you already recognise and find out new healing plants that are growing around you too.

You will leave with more confidence to pick and find these herbs in your local environment and continue your journey using them as nutritious and free food and medicine.

During your experience, your knowledgeable host Maria will pass on essential tips for foraging, including what to bring with you, how to harvest safely and responsibly, where to find the best plants and, most importantly, what you can do with them once you’ve found them.
