This class begins with a relaxed, steady flow to help you stretch out your whole body and gently release the day behind you. Moving with the breath, you'll soothe the nervous system and clear space in the body - preparing you for rest and a better sleep ahead.
After you've opening up through flow, it's time to nestle into the bolsters and get cosy. We will sink into more still, Yin postures that support deep relaxation, encourage a sense of wellbeing, and target the connective tissues - helping your body fully shift into rest mode.
End with a long guided relaxation, blankets optional and feel free to bring an eye pillow! Feel refreshed and peaceful, ready for a good night's rest.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle into the space before we begin. As the session starts promptly at 8.30pm, the front door will be locked at this time by the teacher to avoid disruptions once class has started. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate late arrivals or take responsibility for missed entry after this time.
