Feast at the Farm - The Diva Fields tour

What you'll do

It’s not every weekend you get the chance to visit a ‘no dig’ and zero-waste paradise in North Somerset. So why not jump at the chance to head over to The Diva Fields' beautiful market garden and orchard?

Join their lead horticulturalist Charlie Armour on a tour as she breaks down their bio-dynamic farming practices. You will discover why The Diva Fields embrace the ‘no dig’ method and admire its philosophy. Find out why 'no dig' soil’s nutrient-dense organisms are our gut’s best friend.

You’ll get a chance to ask any burning questions in a Q&A – from soil preservation to seasonal produce or whatever else you’re curious about. The Diva Fields is all about future-proofing our planet: reducing food miles, championing seasonal produce and keeping things packaging-free.

When you have had your fill on some seeds of wisdom, you will break for a four-course vegetarian tasting menu:

Orchard Herb Cocktail/Mocktail

Chilled Pea, Mint & Courgette Veloute

Braised Fennel with Citrus, Garlic and Redcurrant

Somerset Goats Ewe and Beetroot Tart with Roasted Tomato Pesto

Elderflower Panacotta with Gooseberry Compote

Coffee & Mint Tea and Truffles

At The Diva Fields they’re strong believers ‘we eat with our eyes’, so you’ll be in for a beautiful, multi-sensory treat from The Vegetable Diva. These delightful plant-based dishes will give you the full farm to fork experience.

In the afternoon Les Davies, The Diva Fields' orchard manager will give you a tour of this special spot – be amazed by the variety of apples, fruit trees, blossoms and bees. There will be an apple juice tasting workshop and a chance to buy some of this heavenly thirst-quenching juice. Surrounding yourself with such loveliness, will soothe your soul and brighten your mind. By the end of the afternoon, you’ll never have felt closer to nature.

The Diva Fields is a registered charity where all the proceeds go back into the organisation. They work closely with local charities that support the vulnerable, especially refugees, who can benefit from the therapeutic effect of being close to nature.
